FAQS

Here are answers to some common questions.

  • What are your business hours?

We are open 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am-2pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.

  • How do I know if I need a new roof?

There are a lot of variables that contribute to the overall health of your roof and whether it's time to replace it or not. Get in touch with us and we can help you assess that. Check out our blog section where we talk about this!

  • How long does it take to install a new roof?

Most roof installs take one day to complete, but larger jobs or roofs with more complexities sometimes end up taking longer.

  • Should I file an insurance claim for the damage to my roof?

That is a very good question! We need to gather more information before we can give you an informed, accurate answer. The cost to properly repair the damages will ultimately determine whether or not a claim may make sense for you. Reach out to us and we can schedule a consultation.

  • I'm buying a new house, should I have the roof inspected?

Yes! We recommend home buyers seek a local, licensed roofing contractor to inspect the roof. This will help catch things that may get missed in a general inspection. We can help you with this!

  • I think I might have a roof leak, do you do repairs?

Yes! If you notice a stain or spot on a ceiling or drywall, get in touch with us and we will come out to help identify the problem as soon as possible. We'll put together a repair proposal and help you protect your home.

  • Is there a lot of noise when you do a roof replacement?

We get this question often and yes, there is noise associated with a construction project as big as a roof replacment. During the course of construction, there is a lot of nailing, pounding, and vibrations throughout your house. We also sometimes have music playing  on speakers outside to make the work environment a fun place for our team.
